We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design user-friendly interfaces, and ensure that our products provide exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to illustrate design concepts.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and graphic designers to implement user-centric solutions.
Perform usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all products.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design practices.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information technology or related field
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design projects.
Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems creatively.

Nice to have

Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups.
Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
