As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Odoo Developer to join our team and contribute to innovative and customized ERP implementations.

TThe Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new features in the Odoo platform, as well as customizing modules to meet client-specific needs. This role requires strong technical expertise in Python and Odoo, as well as problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with functional consultants and end-users.

Responsibilities

Develop custom Odoo modules and features based on business requirement
Customize existing Odoo modules to improve functionality and align with client specifications.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using Odoo's API
Collaborate with functional team to understand client requirements and translate tem into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure code quality
Provide technical support to resolve issues, debug, and enhance performance.
Write and maintain technical documentation for Odoo applications and configurations.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering , or related field.
Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with hands-on expertise in developing and customizing Odoo modules.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Odoo framework, ORM, and XML.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Nice to have

Odoo certification or similar qualifications is advantageous.
Understanding of business processes such as Sales, Inventory, HR, and Accounting is a plus.
