We are looking for a Financial Consultant with strong expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Odoo) who can bridge the gap between finance and technology and drive successful ERP implementations

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, accounting workflows, and reporting requirements.
Configure and implement financial modules in Microsoft Business Central and/or Odoo (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory valuation, Budgeting, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
Analyze existing accounting systems and recommend process improvements or automation.
Collaborate with ERP developers and project managers to ensure financial features align with business goals.
Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and audit trails within the ERP.
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation financial support.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
Assist in data migration and financial reconciliation during ERP transitions.
Participate in client meetings, documentation, and project reviews.

Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
3–6 years of experience working with ERP financial modules, preferably Microsoft Business Central or Odoo ERP.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax processes.
Experience in business process re-engineering and workflow optimization.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Professional certifications (CA, CMA, ACCA, or Microsoft/Odoo ERP certifications) will be a plus.
Knowledge of Python/C# Extension or Module development
